                   Written statement filed by the opponent. Copy supplied to the opposite counsel. However, alongwith written statement, the opponent has not attached any supportive documents to prove its defence version. Following the principle of natural justice and rule of procedure, one opportunity is allowed to the opponent to adduce defence evidence, if any, on 10.10.2024 to substantiate their version made into written statement.  No short date is possible, due to heavy pendency of the cases in the Commission.
