Heard Mr.Y.D.Patil-Advocate for the applicant/complainant.

This complaint has been filed on 29/08/2012.  Along with the said complaint, delay condonation application bearing no.MA/12/361 has been also filed.  Complainant has now filed a pursis that he does not want to proceed with the complaint and he desires to withdraw the complaint along with delay condonation application.  In view of the pursis, complaint along with delay condonation application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
