                      File taken up today on the request of counsel for the complainant in the National Lok Adalad. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraw the same.

                         In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn in the National Lok Adalat.
