ORDER

At the time of arguments, it is stated by Sh.Jagvir Sharma, Advocate, Counsel for Opposite Party No.2 that to settle grievance of the complainant, Opposite Party No.2 will replace three Alloy Wheels of the vehicle, in question, with original Alloy Wheels.

                   In view of above, this complaint stands disposed of having become infructuous.

                   As per aforesaid settlement, it is not necessary to send the car to Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh for inspection. Therefore, requisite intimation be sent to the Director, Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh forthwith.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge
