Complainant is absent on repeated calls and no steps taken for him. Counsel for the OP is present and has filed hazira. Perused the record.

                   As the complainant was not  regular in attending the Forum and remaining absent  on many dates, Regd. Letter No. 273/dt. 18.04.2017 was sent to her as per order dt. 12.04.2017 but thereafter on 16.05.2017 the complainant’s counsel filed hazira but thereafter since last 7 dates  the complainant is remaining absent. Thus it is presumed that the complainant is no more interested to proceed with the case any more. So suemote, adjourning the case will be unnecessary wastage of time. So the case is dismissed due to default of the petitioner.
