Learned counsel for the petitioner and his petitioner are present. OPs are absent on call . The complainant has filed a memo with prayer to drop the case as he does not  want to proceed with the case anymore and the ground that after amicable settlement by both the parties,the OPs have received the fall and final settlement amount from the complainant and  issued NOC in favour of his complainant for cancelation of hypothecation of his vehicle.  The learned counsel for the petitioner has identified the petitioner. Since the petitioner has settled the matter with the OPs,it is not necessary to linger the case any more. So the prayer of the petitioner is allowed . The case is dropped as withdrawn.
