ORDER

Both the parties are present before this Lok Adalat dated 14/05/2022, the matter has been amicably settled by and between the parties. The complainant has settled the matter with, the OP SBI Gen. Ins. Co. Ltd. has been agreed to pay of Rs. 20, 00000/ (Twenty Lacks only) to the complainant and the complainant agreed to receive the same.

The OP is directed to hand over the cheque amount of Rs. 20, 00000/(Twenty Lacks only) to the complainant at once.

Within 60 days from the date of order.

Hence, the matter is disposed of on full satisfaction.
