On strength of an advance petition filed by the complainant, the case is put up today. Learned  D.Hr filed a memo stating therein that the matter has been settled outside the Forum/Commission and the complainant does not want to proceed with the case and to drop the case.

            In view of the above memo filed by the learned counsel for the D.Hr, the case is dropped & withdrawn.
