The case record is put up today as per the advance petition filed by the Learned advocate for the complainant/petitioner. The learned advocate for the complainant identified the memo filed by the complainant. In the said memo the complainant stated that he want to drop and withdraw the case as the matter has been settled between the parties outside of the Dist. Commission. The complainant has filed the aadhar card copy with self signature.

            Hence the case is dropped as per memo of the complainant.
