                      The case record is put up to-day on the strength of put up petition filed by the Adv. for the complainant. Adv. for the complainant files another petition stating that the complainant and opposite parties have settled their matter outside the forum   and signed by the both the parties which is attached in the case record. The Complainant is received the cheque bearing No 536820                         Dt    02/06/2015 Drawn As ICICI Bank Narimanpoint, Mumbai amount                              of RS1, 85,000/-(Rupees one lakh eight five thousand) only from the opposite party and the complainant do not want to proceed the case any further. Heard   the matter from both the side and allowed the compromise petition.

                     As the complainant do not want to proceed with the case, the case is hereby dropped as withdrawn. Accordingly the case is disposed of.
