The record is put up today on the strength of an advance petition filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant. The petitioner has filed a memo with prayer to drop the case for natural Justice on the ground that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the case as the matter has been amicably settled by him and the OPs outside the Forum. Copy of the petition of the memo not served in the other side. The petitioner has been identified by his counsel. The petitioner stated that he does not want to proceed with the case any more and submitted to drop the case. Since the petitioner/complainant does not want to proceed with the case, his prayer is allowed. The case is dropped as withdrawn. The petitioner can not file fresh case for the same cause of action. The record need not be put up on 21/9/2017.
