The complainant & his counsel are present. The complainant has filed a memo to withdraw the case on the grounds that the matter has been settled between the parties. Being asked the complainant admitted the contents of memo to be true and voluntary. The other side has received the copy without objection. So the memo of the complainant is accepted. The case is withdrawn and closed but complainant can not filed other case for this cause of action.
