The complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that he does not want to pursue with the same and he may be permitted to file afresh. He has further stated that original documents be given to him. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the complainant the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The original documents be returned to the complainant on deposit of Photostat copies thereof. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint before the competent authority. The complainant be supplied a certified copy of this order free of cost and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
