Shri S.L. Behera, President: -   The case is fixed for filing of written version by the O.P. today. Both the parties are present .The O.P filed a time petition today on the matter stated therein. The complainant, through his counsel files a withdrawal petition on the ground that , he has surrendered the vehicle in question before the O.P. and he do not want to proceed with this case any further.

As the complainant do not want to proceed with the case, the case is hereby as withdrawn. Accordingly the case is disposed of.
