10.11.2014              Today the case is fixed for hearing. The complainant is absent on call. No steps taken on behalf of the complainant regarding interim matter so also main petition.  Advocate for the O.P. is present and files written version in support of his case on earlier.  Even after providing sufficient opportunity to the complainant, he does not take any interest in this case.  In view of above circumstances the present case is dismissed for default of the complainant with no liberty to restore the case again in future.  Accordingly, disposed off.
