Heard. On 20.10.2022, complainant suffered a statement that matter has been compromised with the ops according to which he has received cheque no. 159158 dated 15.9.2022 of Rs.30,000/- and he has been satisfied, so he does not want to further proceed with the present complaint and withdraws the same. On the request of complainant as well as learned proxy counsel for parties, the case was adjourned for today i.e. 26.11.2022 for consideration before Maha Upbhokta Lok Adalat. In view of the statement of complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
