          Today, the case was fixed for leading evidence by the complainant, subject to cost of Rs.800/-, to be deposited, in the legal aid account, but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. From the perusal of zimni orders, it is revealed that even on the last date of hearing i.e. 03.02.2023, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant to deposit the cost and to lead evidence. It appears that the complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. Accordingly, the present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
