Present:  None for the DH.

                                                         

          Today the execution application is fixed for notice to the JDs. Notice could not be issued due to non filing of the envelope. Case called several time since morning but none has put into appearance on behalf of the DH. Position remained the same on the last two adjourned dates. It appears that JDs have already complied the order under execution that’s why none has put into appearance on behalf of the DH.      

             Hence, in view the above facts, the present execution application is hereby dismissed. However, DH/complainant is at liberty to file fresh execution application on the same cause of action, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
