Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint was first listed for admission hearing on 08.05.2023. However, complainant sought adjournment on the ground of non-availability of the counsel. Therefore the matter was adjourned for 06.07.2023. On 06.07.2023 counsel for complainant appeared and sought adjournment for arguments. Therefore the matter was listed for today i.e. 02.08.2023. However despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present application. Therefore present application case is dismissed in default of the applicant.
