The present complaint is allowed partly against opposite party no.1 and 2. The opposite party no.1 and 2 are directed to pay a sum of Rs.15,562/-  along with interest @ 6% from the date of filing of the complaint. They are also directed to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the complainant for his mental and physical harassment and discomfort. They shall also pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- as expenses of the present complaint. The aforesaid amount shall be paid within a period of 45 days from the date of this order failing which simple interest @ 6% shall also be payable on the aforesaid amount. Both the opposite parties are held jointly and severally liable for the aforesaid amount.
