O R D E R A. Rajesh, President. Complainant represented. Heard the counsel. Even as per the averments in the amended complaint, the cause of action for the complaint has arisen on 17-01-2012. The complainant approached this Forum only on 11-04-2014, which is barred by limitation as per the provision of Section 24 A of the Consumer Protection Act.
