ORDER

Shri Vijay Rathore, father of applicant-Nishant is present.

Applicant has field this application for restoration of appeal no. 1993/14, which has been dismissed by this Commission on  5.10.2015 for want of prosecution.

Since the order passed by this Commission cannot be not recalled by this Commission itself, Shri Rathore seeks to withdraw this application, with liberty to move to National Commission, for challenging the impugned order.

In view of submissions made by Shri Rathore, subject to liberty aforesaid, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.
