30.12.2019                The case is fixed for filing of Written Version. To-day the case record is put up on the strength of memo filed by the  parties for withdraw the case. Both the parties have prayed that the case has been settled outside the forum amicably and filed relevant documents in support of their case. The complainant orally prayed that he do not want to proceed with the case further as he has received the claimed amount of Rs. 12,106/- only in shape of cheque bearing No.316714 dt. 30.12.2019 from the O.Ps.

 

                                    As the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further the present complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.

 

Accordingly the present Consumer Complaint Case is disposed of.
