Perusal of the record shows that the complainant has filed said complaint on 1/11/2019, thereafter he appeared lastly on 27/1/2020 and took time for filing exparte arguments. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
