The complainant is present & filed a petition praying for withdrawal of the case along with files self identification of Xerox copy of Aadhar card. Today the OP No. 1 is present & files a petition that the case has been settled on dt. 15.03.2023 as per report of Insurance Company on dt. 06.04.2023 along with files some supported documents in Xerox. The O.Ps No. 2 is present & files hazira along with authorization letter of CDVO, Bhadrak. The O.Ps No. 3 & 4 appeared in this case through their Advocate Sri A. K. Mishra & filed Vokalatnama & hazira. The complainant has received the insurance amount from Insurance Company  & settled between the parties (O.Ps No. 3 & 4) with full satisfaction & does not want to proceed the case. The withdrawal petition is allowed.

Under the above circumstances, in view of the petition of complainant, the case of the complainant is here by dropped & disposed of accordingly.
