Complainant is present.O.P.No.1 has been deleted as a party. O.P.No.2 is absent on call. Heard the complainant on the memo dtd.31.3.2023.The complainant aged about 65 years, a senior citizen, submits that due to inherent defects in his complaint he does not want to proceed with the case as such wants to withdraw the same with a liberty to file a fresh complaint. He also submits that benefit of limitation be provided and accordingly the order be passed.

           Regard being had to the above facts and circumstances, the case is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh complainant, if he desires. It is also observed that benefit of Provision of limitation Act be given to him to sub-serve the ends of justice. Copy of compliant alongwith documents filed by the complainant be returned to him.
