Final Order / Judgement

MR. PRAVAT KUMAR PADHI, PRESIDENT:-       

          Complainant who is a physical handicapped person files a Memo seeking withdrawal of  the C.C.Case  after our direction dt. 22.08.2023 & 27.09.2023 in which Complainant was asked to file affidavit regarding issuance of notice to various persons using the notice of this Commission. The Complainant felt sorry tendered excuse & apology and prayed to withdraw the C.C.Case.

          Prayer of Complainant is allowed but Complainant is directed not to harass the Ops or any Head Master and if it is found that Complainant is harassing any one with respect to this case, then suitable action can be taken by any person concerned relying on the orders passed on dt. 22.08.2023 & 27.09.2023.

With the aforesaid observation and direction  the C.C.Case No. 41/2023 along with I.A No.  28/2023 are allowed to be withdrawn and accordingly dismissed. No order as to cost.

                             Issue extract of the order to the parties concerned.   

           Pronounced in the open Commission, on this the 6th day of December,2023.
