          The complainant is a beneficiary of Indira Abash Yojana (IAY) He had got work order to construct a house under the above scheme on dt.09.06.2015 vide letter no.8 from B.D.O, Harabhnga  ,after this  he had received an amount of Rs.20,000/- as first Installment out of Rs.70,000/- in his loan account bearing No.12229017519 of Utkal Gramya Bank (UGB), Madhapur, Branch No.229,dist.Boudh.Later on the BM,UGB wrote a letter to B.D.O, Harbhanga to provide the Installment amount of the scheme to his saving Bank account bearing No.122290001417 instead of his loan account on dt.11.07.2017,on which the O.P did not take any action and remain silent. Then the complainant requested the O.P  several times to provide the rest amount to his saving account which resulted in vain. So being harassed, he instituted the complaint case against the O.P. on dtd.02.05.2018.The case registered and served notices to both parties. During the proceeding of the case sufficient opportunities is given where the complainant neither appeared nor filed any document for compliance and the O.P appeared but not submitted written version. On the above ground we observe that the complainant not interested to proceed with the case as well as the case is devoid of merit. Hence, we dismiss the case of the complainant against the O.P. without any cost and compensation.
