Ld. Counsel for Complainant filed hazira and submitted that the ops are deficient in service by not providing the 3^rd phase of installments and other financial benefits to the Complainant under Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana. But, Ld. Counsel failed to apprise this Forum that How the complainant’s status is a ‘Consumer’ U/S -2 of C.P.Act. 1986. Hence, the Complaint is dismissed with the suggestion to Ops to full fill the grievance of the Complainant within the Govt. guidelines meant for Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana. Accordingly the Complaint is dismissed and disposed of. On the memo of the Complainant a free copy be provided to Complainant.
