ORDER NO. 10

Ld. Advocates for Complainant, OP Nos. 1 & 2, OP No. 3 and OP No. 10 are present.  The case will proceed ex parte against OP Nos. 1,4,5,7,8,9 & 11.

The I.A. bearing No. 717/2019 is taken up for hearing.  By this application the Complainant has prayed for an order allowing substitution of the legal heir of the deceased OP No. 9.  Having heard the Ld. Advocates and on perusal of the papers on record we allow the I.A.  Let the name of the legal heir, as mentioned in the Schedule given in the I.A., of the deceased OP No. 9 be substituted in place of the OP No. 9 in the cause title of the Petition of Complaint.  Bench Clerk is directed to do the needful.  The I.A. is thus disposed of.

On the prayer of the Ld. Advocate the Complainant is given liberty to serve notice upon the substituted Respondent No. 9 by Speed Post with A/D.  The Complainant is directed to file amended version of the Petition of Complaint on the next occasion.

Fix 8.11.2019 for filing affidavit of service in respect of the substituted Respondent and also for filing amended version of Petition of Complaint by the Complainant.  After completion of the said steps the Complainant will file evidence on affidavit.
