                        Authority letter filed by the authorized representative of OP no. 1.  None is present on behalf of the complainant.  Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.50 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.

                          The authorized representative of OP no. 1 stated that he has brought the original Diploma Certificate to deliver to the complainant but the complainant is not present in the Court.  His statement recorded.

                        He has stated that the complainant has been contacted telephonically two times but he did not turn up to take his Diploma Certificate.  The OP no. 1 is directed to send the original Diploma Certificate to the complainant by registered post on the address given in the complaint,  If the complainant does not turn up to collect the original diploma certificate from the OP upto 17.04.2017.

                        The complaint of the complainant is disposed of being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the records.
