This case record is taken up for consideration for passing order in this MA case which has been filed by the complainant/petitioner to incorporate the names of parties which have been described in the schedule of the petition dated.14.6.2023.  This matter has been contested by the OP by filing written objection.

The argument highlighted by the ld. advocates of both sides has been heard in full.  Considered submission.

For the purpose of arriving at just and proper decision in this case, this District Commission after going through the material of this case record finds that the amendment sought for is not complete one as because the address of the name of the party “TEAM ZOOMLION” has not been stated.  Thus it is crystal clear that the petition filed by the complainant /petitioner for amendment is defective one and so it cannot be allowed. 

In the result, it is accordingly,

That this MA case no.61/2023 be and the same is dismissed on contest.  The prayer for amendment of the complaint petition as per schedule of the amendment petition is rejected.

In the light of the observation made above this MA case is disposed of.
