The complaint was filed under S.12 of the Consumer Protection Act,1986.
The complaint is filed against the deficiency in service of the opposite party in replacing the defective TV purchased by the complainant from the 1st opposite party manufactured by the 2nd opposite party and for consequential compensation.
The opposite parties also contested the case by filing version.
Now the complainant has filed a memo stating that the dispute between the complainant and the opposite parties has been settled and he does not intend to conduct the case further.
Hence the complaint is disposed as settled.
