Complainant are absent on repeated calls. The Ops are also absent & No steps taken by them.

On perusal of record it is found that in last -5 occasion, the complainant, the complainants are talking no interest in this case. Ops also did not filed their written version. In the above circumstances, we decided to dispose the case on merit.

Non supply of refilling gas cylinder is main allegation of the Complainants. The Ops did not rebutted to the of the complainant.

Keeping in view the disputed allegation of complainant we direct the Opposite Party No-1 to supply the refilling Gas Cylinder within 24 hours on booking. In default, the Op-1 is liable to pay Rs. 100/- on each day of default till its comply by the OP-1.

The OP-1 further directed to follow up sector 3&7 of E.C. Act, & Order 9(c) of the liquefied petroleum Gas regulation of (Supply & distribution) Order, 2000 strictly.

The Complainant case disposed off accordingly.
