                     OP No. 4  already ex-parte vide order dated 10.01.2019.

 

          Today the case is fixed for amicable settlement of the dispute in question between the parties. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, on the instructions of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that the dispute in question has been settled between the parties, and now, the Complainants have no grievance against the OPs; hence, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the Complainants, being fully satisfied.

           Heard.  In view of the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present Complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
