| Final Order / Judgement | Order No.21 Date:10.02.2022 None present on behalf of the complainant on repeated call. Ld. Advocate for the o.ps is present. It appears from the record that this Commission show caused complainant on 22/03/2021 and thereafter give several time for filing reply of show cause i.e. on 04/05/2021, 06/07/2021, 01/09/2021, 16/12/2021 and today i.e. 10/02/2022. In spite of several opportunities complainant remain absent without any step. Hence, in my view, complainant is less interested to proceed with this case. Hence, it is O R D E R E D That this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non taking step. No order as to cost. | |
