उभयपक्ष उपस्थित।

वादी की ओर से प्रस्‍तुत वाद को वापसी के आधार पर निष्‍पादित करने हेतु एक आवेदन दाखिल किया गया, जिस पर वादी स्‍वंय एवं विपक्षी के अधिवक्‍ता का भी हस्‍ताक्षर है।

वादी की ओर से आज दाखिल उक्‍त वर्णित आवेदन (Application for withdrawal) में निम्‍न तथ्‍य वर्णित है :-

1. That I, Sneh Gupta, have filed the above Consumer Complaint No. 329 of 2013 against the Opposite parties before the Hon’ble Forum.
2. That I and Opposite party have settled the matter after mutual discussions.
3. I submit that I am in receipt of Rs. 30,000/- vide cheque No. 848743 dated 28.02.2017 under policy no. 005884778. I have accepted this amount towards full and final satisfaction of all the relief’s prayed by me in the complaint.

I therefore humbly pray to the Hon’ble Forum to dismiss the above the complaint.

वादी के द्वारा दाखिल आवेदन का अवलोकन किया और वादी के सिर्फ वापसी (Withdrawal) के आवेदन पर सुना गया।

वादी द्वारा प्रस्‍तुत वाद वापस लिये जाने के कारण प्रस्‍तुत वाद को निष्‍पादित किया जाता है।
