Sh. Rishu Singla, Advocate counsel for OPs has suffered a statement that we ( OPs ) are ready to settle the matter under compromise payment of Rs. 105834/- as full and final payment of their claim within 30 days from the receipt of order.

Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that in view of the statement made by counsel of OPs, I agree to the offer and withdraws the instant complaint as full and final payment of their claim within 30 days from the receipt of order, failing which complainant is at liberty to revive the present complaint.

In view of the statements suffered by both the parties the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The OPs will pay the claim of complainant as per statement suffered by counsel for OPs from the date of receipt of copy of the order, failing which the amount will carry interest @ 9% p.a on the claim amount from the date of receipt of the order. The complainant will be at liberty to revive the complaint, if OPs fails to pay the claim amount. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be cosigned to record.
