O R D E R

Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao,  President:-

The opposite party through his counsel filed memo requesting the Forum to record full satisfaction.  Counsel for the complainant on the said memo endorsed “received notice and two account payee cheques”.  In addition to it, the counsel for the complainant endorsed on the complaint “as the matter is settled out of Court and the opposite party has made payments by way of two account payee cheques, hence the complaint may be dismissed”.  

        In view of the said endorsement and memo the complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum.
