Present:       None for complainant.

                   Sh. Rajender Verma, Advocate for OP.

         

                   Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant. Case called several times since morning, none has appeared on behalf of complainant.  It is already 4.20 PM.  Waited sufficiently.  Further wait is not justified.  The case is fixed for evidence of complainant w.e.f.18.03.2020, during the period of about 3 ½  years complainant has failed to led any evidence despite availing more than sufficient effective opportunities  It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint.  Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default  due to non appearance of complainant.  Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of costs.  File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
