                   None for JDs.

                   Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.00 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the parties.  From the perusal of the order sheet, we found that since 29.09.2015 none is appearing on behalf of the DH.  More than one year has been passed but this case is being adjourned again and again in the absence of the DH.  It seems that the DH is not interested to pursue this execution and the same is hereby dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room.
