Learned counsel for the complainant is present. OP No-1 is absent on repeated calls. OPs No-2&4 have been deleted for the cause title and OP No-3 has been set exparte.

                The learned counsel; for the complainant has filed a memo with prayer to withdraw the case with liberty to file fresh case before the State Commission on the grounds stated therein. Copy not served on OP No-1 with endorsement that he is absent in the Forum. It is found that Op No-1 is not appearing before the  court since last 6/7 dates.

             Since the petitioner wants to withdraw the case  on Jurisdiction ground and this forum has no jurisdiction to entertain cases valued for more than 20 lakhs. The prayer of the petitioner is allowed. The case is withdrawn and disposed of with liberty to the complainant to file fresh case before the appropriate forum if required.
