This case coming on 28.11.2014for final hearing before us in the presence of Sri R. Appa Rao, Advocate for the Complainant and Sri Sanapala Karuna & Smt. Sanapala Sailaja, Advocate for the 3^rd Opposite Party and the 1^st and 2^nd Opposite Parties being exparte and having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following:

          Complainant is called absent.   No representation, inspite of reasonable opportunities are given.   Complainant failed to take steps, therefore, we constrained to dismiss the Complaint.  However,  No costs.
