ORDER

     E-mail has been received from Sh.Nitin Thatai, Counsel for OPs vide which he has sent details of payment made to the complainant.

     In view of the e-mail/details of payment received and non-appearance of the complainant for the last five hearings and even today the complainant has not put in appearance, it goes to suggest that the complainant is not interested in the further prosecution of the present consumer complaint. Hence, this consumer complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
