Both parties are present . the op birla sunlife has deposited cheque . the cheque no 567553 dt 28/08/2015 valned rs. 10,324/ and cheque no 570508 dt 04/09/2015 value rs. 15000/ and cheque no 775527 dt 28/08/2015 valned rs 5000/ in favoure of complainant Zahid Akhar Tahsin . the complainant has also filed a petition stating that since the op has deposited the claim amount hence now he does not want to procoed further with the case and his case should be dropped . 

                              In the loght of above petition the case is Dismissed on with drawn and the complainant is directed to receive the above cheque from office on furnishing the ID Proof .
