The learned counsel for both the parties have made a joint statement whereby the matter has been compromised and the OPs have agreed to make the payment of Rs. 19,20,000/- to the complainant alongwith litigation expenses of Rs. 11000/- within a period of forty five days from today, filing which the complainant shall be entitled to interest @ 9%  from the date of this order. The learned counsel for the complainant also opted to withdraw the present complaint. Joint statement of the parties also reduced into writing separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the parties, the present complaint is allowed accordingly directing the OPs to make the payment of Rs. 19,20,000/- to the complainant with a period of 45 days from the date of this order, failing which the complainant shall also be entitled to interest @ 9% from the date of this order. The complainant shall also be entitled to Rs. 11000/- as litigation expenses. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
