The learned counsel for the JD no. 1 has made a statement that the JD no. 1 is ready to pay Rs. 1,40,000/- to the Decree Holder as full and final payment in this execution petition and thirty days time be given for making the payment of the said amount. Thereafter, the Decree Holder has made a statement that he is agreed with the statement made by the learned counsel for the JD no. 1, and having regard to the said statement, he withdraw the present execution petition. Statements of both the parties have been recorded separately.

2.        In view of the statement made by the parties, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as having been fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
