The learned counsel for the OPs has made a statement that the OPs are ready to pay the sum assured to the complainant, within a period of forty five days. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that having regard to the statement made by the learned counsel for the OPs, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statement of both the parties have been recorded into writing.

2.        In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as having been compromised. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
