                   Mrs. Meenakshi Dogra, counsel for JDs No. 1 & 2.

                             Mrs. Meenakshi Dogra, counsel for JDs No. 1 & 2 has suffered following statement:-

“Stated that execution application has been fully satisfied against DH-complainant namely (Suman Devi) vide Cheque No. 003528 dated 29.02.2024 drawn on Deutsche Bank,  amounting to Rs.70,34,404.11/- in favour of DH-complainant-Suman Devi, Discharge Voucher has been received as Annexure-A-1.As per Decree Holders-contention Rs.65,99,469/- was the payment amount to her”.

2.                It is apparent from above statement that more amount has been given to DH-complainant by JDs. In view of discharge voucher received by JDs which bears signatures of DH-complainant; it is clear that DH-complainant’s claim has already been fully satisfied.

3.                In light of statement suffered by learned counsel for JDs No. 1 & 2 nothing survives more in this execution application. Consequently, present execution application stands disposed of being fully satisfied.  It is ordered accordingly.
