ORDER:

                   The learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the OP. As per compromise OP has agreed to refund the premium amount of Rs.21,089/- and delayed premium of Rs.7100/- and the complainant withdraw the complaint.

                   The learned counsel for OP also made a statement that he has compromised with the complainant and ready to pay the amount according to the statement of the complainant within 30 days.

                   In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties are bound to their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance
